Note: This series is currently underway, so once you register, you will have immediate access to the first five webinars in the series.

Introduction to the HCAHPS Breakthrough Leadership™ Webinar Series
To learn more about the webinar series, attend this complimentary 45-minute introduction webinar by series creator Brian Lee, who will review the subject matter of each domain. He will explain how the series will raise and sustain your HCAHPS scores and improve patient satisfaction and staff engagement, and how it can be utilized for additional onsite education. For the introduction webinar, you will need to download and print the series brochure:  HCAHPS Breakthrough Leadership. This brochure contains a full list of the domain topics, dates and benefits. The HBS12 Webinar Master contains information on who should register for each domain, and how to organize for maximum implementation in each operational area. The FAQs link will assist you in answering questions.

Webinar Series Registration Instructions
There is a one-time  LHA registration that is required per hospital for the entire series. Upon your completed registration with the LHA, you will be sent a registration link and a specific code to complete the registration required for Customer Learning Systems. This link and code may be shared with any and all employees in your hospital who will benefit from the information contained in this series.
 
As the first five webinars have already aired, once your hospital is registered through the LHA and subsequently Customer Learning Systems, you will have immediate access to any of them via the On Demand Library, along with the learning guide and education tools. Your hospital will have an unlimited number of registrations for this series, so be sure every leader and department registers with Customer Learning Systems in order to receive the notices of each webinar the day before and the day of its airing.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
Registrations are due into the LHA office one week prior to the webinar in order to ensure timely delivery of instructions and handout.

REGISTRATION:
Log in online to register. VISA, Master Card, Discover or American Express are accepted. Email confirmations will be sent to all registrants who list an accurate email address. Webinar materials are provided 1-2 business days in advance of the webinar. Once webinar materials are distributed no refunds will be issued and full payment is expected.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations received in writing up to one week prior to a scheduled event will be charged a cancellation fee of $40 (per person, per event). Registrants who are unable to attend an LHA educational event are permitted to, and encouraged to send a substitute without incurring a cancellation fee. Please send written notice of any substitutions prior to the scheduled event. Cancellations received less than one week prior to the scheduled event, or individuals who fail to attend will result in a non-refundable registration fee.

TRANSFER POLICY:
Transfer requests must be in writing and received one week prior to the event to receive a credit to use at a later date. A $40 transfer fee will be charged.  The LHA will hold your credit for a period of one year following the start date of the program for which you were originally registered. Transfer requests received less than one week prior to event will result in a non-refundable registration fee.

The LHA will make every effort to provide reasonable accommodations for physically-challenged participants who require special services. When registering, please attach a written description of needs to the application.
